Rita is a deeply knowledgeable clerk with great experience in handling personal injury claims on behalf of plaintiffs. She supports Frank McNally’s practice and focuses on serious personal injury claims and complex accident benefit disputes.
Rita has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours Law) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours Sociology) from Carleton University. She graduated as a Law Clerk with highest Honours from Algonquin College in Ottawa, and is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She completed a Certificate in Dispute Resolution and is fluent in English and Italian.
Rita brings both skill and empathy to her work on behalf of seriously injured accident victims. Her focus is on moving their claims through the litigation process as efficiently as possible and in assisting people to access the medical and rehabilitation benefits they need to maximize their recovery.
