Jennifer is an experienced and energetic clerk who works exclusively with injured accident victims in supporting the practice of Greg Gilhooly. Jennifer has extensive experience in handling the procedural aspects of tort claims as well as the day-to-day challenges of managing complex accident benefit claims on behalf of clients.

Fawn is a graduate of Carleton University and Algonquin College’s Law Clerk Intensive program and speaks English and French.

Cynthia is a legal assistant working with Frank McNally. She holds an undergraduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Carleton University. She is also a passionate advocate for social justice, human rights, and mental health awareness.

Shannon graduated from the Law Clerk Program at St. Lawrence College (Kingston) in 2005. She has worked in both law clerk and legal assistant roles for 19 years, in the areas of personal injury and insurance defence. Shannon has recently joined McNally Gervan LLP as a legal assistant and supports Mr. McNally’s team.

Brooklyn is a legal assistant, supporting Rebecca Duplantie’s practice in plaintiff civil litigation. She assists in preparing files for all stages of litigation, including examination for discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial. 

Brooklyn studied Political Science at the University of Ottawa before graduating from the Law Clerk program at Algonquin College in 2024. She is dedicated to providing professional and compassionate support to clients throughout the litigation process.
