Greg has been with McNally Gervan LLP since the inception of the firm in September 2012 and became a partner in 2017. Prior to joining our team, Greg practiced at another personal injury law firm in Ottawa.
Greg’s practice is focused entirely on personal injury claims on behalf of plaintiffs. He has successfully resolved hundreds of claims on behalf innocent accident victims, often in cases with complex issues relating to liability and damages. Greg is a detail-oriented, focused advocate who will not back down from a challenge.
Greg received his law degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax before returning to Ottawa, where he completed his articles with a national firm.
Greg regularly appears in the Ontario Superior Court and is a frequent participant in legal education courses focussing on trial advocacy techniques.
Greg is a proud member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
Greg is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre’s Volunteers’ Association where he actively participates in fundraising efforts to assist patients in their rehabilitation.

Best Practices in Post Trauma Community Re-Integration Conference. Co-founded the conference in 2016 as the sole lawyer with three medical professionals. The conference has been held annually for four years for medical professionals and lawyers with 100 plus registrants each year until 2020. Responsibilities have including conference planning and marketing.
