Paolo was born and raised in Ottawa. He is dedicated to helping achieve just compensation for those in the community and their families who have suffered serious injuries from an accident.

Early in his career, Paolo worked at a full-service law firm in Ottawa helping both Plaintiffs and Defendants resolve various civil litigation disputes. He developed an interest in personal injury and insurance matters and worked at a boutique personal injury firm prior to joining the McNally Gervan team. Paolo has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court, advocating for the best results for his clients. 

Paolo received his undergraduate degree in Criminology with a concentration in law at Carleton University. He went on to achieve his law degree at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. While in law School, Paolo was involved in an internship with the Canadian Department of Justice and competed in several moot competitions, including the Societies Moot and the Hicks Morley Moot. 

In his free time, Paolo enjoys soccer, tennis, board games, listening to music and electronic music production.
